The player

Let's take a look at the player itself.

Without any sense of scale, the Zen 20GB looks just like a Zen Micro.

The Hold/Power switch, microphone, 2.5mm stereo headphones jack, USB connector and AC connector. If you own any other Creative products like the Zen Xtra or Zen Touch, the AC adapters can be used on the Zen 20GB as well.

Below is the base of the Zen 20GB. This looks like a removable cover of some sort, but it actually is not meant to be removed.

Notice the direction of the Hold/Power switch is reversed.

They seem to have the same thickness, and actually the Zen 20GB is a mere 0.5mm (~0.02") thicker than the Zen Micro.

The dimensions of the Zen Micro and Zen 20GB are: 51mm x 84mm x 19mm (2" x 3.3" x 0.7") vs 62mm x 95mm x 19.5mm (2.4" x 3.7" x 0.8")
